The Crossed Grain Logo
The Crossed Grain Logo is a symbol that is nationally and internationally recognised by those who need to follow a gluten free diet. In Australia the Crossed Grain Logo is a trademark of The Coeliac Society of Australia and is operated under a license agreement on an annual basis. Manufacturers who use this endorsement program are permitted to use the logo on approved product packaging and marketing material.
